mini make up haul

Just thought I'd share some goodies that I've picked over the course of the last month of so. These are a bunch of things that I've had my eye on for a while, especially the SOAP & GLORY ONE HECK OF A BLOT powder. I never really use powder but sometimes I get some shine on my chin and nose after a few hours of wearing foundation and have been meaning to try this but it was slightly on the pricey side compared to what I'm used to, especially for a powder but then I thought, what the heck! And it's brilliant because it's extremely lightweight and translucent.

I love the SLEEK CONTOUR KIT because the contour powder is more of an ashy brown rather than having warm and orange undertones so it looks more natural than using a bronzer, which I used to do (my bad). The highlighter in this kit is lovely and subtle as opposed to the RIMMEL GOOD GLOW highlighter, which is extremely glowy and shimmery but it just depends what kind of look you're going for. I'm probably more likely to use the Rimmel one for a night out.

I'm a bit late to the game but I picked up the L'OREAL SUPER LINER. It glides on so easily and it's also pretty fool proof thanks to the long nib. Another eyeliner that I went for was the RIMMEL SCANDALEYES KOHL EYELINER in NUDE, which is perfect for the waterline. Whilst we're on the topic of eyes, I got myself a pair of NO7 EYE LASHCURLERS, which are just your average pair of eyelash curlers really.

I'd been thinking about getting the SOAP & GLORY SEXY MOTHER PUCKER XL LIP GLOSS so I bit the bullet and got it and to be honest I don't notice much of a difference in the plumpness of my lips. Maybe I should have bought the XXL version! I do love the BOURJOIS COLOUR BOOST in PLUM RUSSIAN though. I've been wanting to try a darker lip colour for sooooo long but I'm way to scary to give it a go but this one by Bourjois is quite sheer so it's not too bold or daring.

And finally I picked up the RIMMEL LASTING PERFECTION foundation, which was mentioned it my monthly favourites so if you want to know more about that click the link here

Feel free to leave a comment if you've tried any of these products out.
